This is an Order Handling role, reporting to the Project Manager in Business Area – MOTION and located in Bangalore.
Your responsibilities
Close cooperation with the warehouse, planning department , sales department and Logistics.
Coordinating orders (receiving, Confirming).
Planning and initiating for ordering the good’s considering the Lead time & Delivery.
Archiving internal documents and Cost details .
Correspondence with customers and Internal cross function team.
Preparing shipments, invoices and completing documentation.
Maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring the payment collection as per Payment terms.
Your background
Diploma in Electronics / Electricals.
At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position in a production company.
Good knowledge of English.
Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work.
Knowledge of computer operation in Ms Office.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP-class tools (nice to have).
