This is a Global Digital Assets Manager, reporting to Global Communications Manager in Process Automation located in Bangalore and you will be working with the 5 Divisions, Process control platform and PA digital entities to support external and internal digital campaigns projects through the development of digital marketing assets. Develop and drive best practice on digital market artefacts which reflect the latest trends in web user preferences, user experience, design and content sensitivities and digital media consumption. You will work closely with the Process Automation content creation, social media, digital communications, and marketing automation teams, providing inputs insights and contributing with a wide range of assets to align campaigns and programs with business intent.
Your responsibilities
Ability to own and lead content management teams to supporting Digital Campaigns across our website, intranet, and social media.
Lead the process of developing marketing assets to be used across the digital marketing function, to support business areas in building brand awareness, on lead generation programs and other related activities.
Run the entire digital asset process from concept to publishing, including use of tools for content publishing, emailer campaigns, social media initiatives such as Sitefinity, Salesforce and Pardot in the process, while ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to and graphic standards maintained
Website / intranet content strategy and management (creation and maintenance of pages) based on raw content provided by internal customers and development of SEO, SEM and marketing automation strategy in coordination with group/regions/other divisions ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to and graphic standards maintained.
Content management in various backend systems (like contact database used for the web, document library for product documentation, product data management system for detailed product attribute data, digital asset management system for images and video, etc.).
Measuring and understanding how the website is used with tools like Google Analytics and improving the site based on data-driven decisions whilst creating analytics reports for management. Using workflow management and analytical tools, including Google Tag Manager and Google. Analytics 360 Suite Tagging, to implement tracking parameters and use automation effectively to assure appropriate taxonomy, metadata for assets.
Ensuring alignment with our style of writing and communication whilst ensuring compliance with our global web and branding guidelines and best practices.
Consultative and collaborative outlooks towards our digital footprint (website, intranet and social) from the lens of content. Ability to provide tangible and actionable feedback to PA content owners, globally.
Establish an internal roadmap focused on streamlining operations, optimizing user workflows and permissions, while maintaining best practices for digital asset development.
Your background
Masters or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
6+ years of experience in project management focused around digital communication (content strategy, management, and execution).
Understanding of web editing skills and exposure in content management systems (CMS) – Sitefinity being a must.
Functional understanding of HTML-based support and multimedia-rich content dissemination would be a value-add.
Hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be a definite plus
B2B communications or marketing experience that’s focused on web usability, analytics, SEO, non-technical understanding of digital-first communication.
Demonstrated ability for change management, innovation and conflict resolution is a must.
Experience working with senior leaders and strong stakeholder management skills and experience in marketing metrics and KPI setting, ROIs.
Strong communication skills and customer-orientation whilst being fluent in English (written and spoken), any additional languages a plus.
