Purpose Statement
Lead and manage IT network planning, design, implementation
Manage critical network operations and organize support to L3 level escaltions related to Network
Manage End User Services and Suport
Handle, co-ordinate and resolve escalations received from Zonal IT Managers, Technical evaluation and periodic review of end user IT assets and finalise make/model along with Zonal IT manager
Interact with Leadership team in case of escalation and support them.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Establish state-of-the-art, scalable, reliable IT Infrastructure Network for AIL with built in redundancy, security and OT/IT segregation
Planning , Design WAN and LAN architecture
Ensure seamless user experience with superior performance of business critical applications across all Sites
Handle End User Support issues as per SLA, including VIP Users and own the ITSM platform
Zero unplanned downtime, uptime as per Industry Standards
Manage network partner ecosystem, and relevant contracts
Review of new technologies into areas of the network and suggest improvements in design/architecture or modifications to existing network.
Regular reviews with network partners on SLAs work on continual improvement of network area.
Implement and manage network diagnosis and monitoring tool
Monitoring of WAN links utilization and taking proactive actions to enhance capacity if required.
Monitoring network performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response
Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken
Develop and Implement Network Maintenance Standard Operating Procedure
Get organize operational support and handle escalations for network
Analyze and prepare RCA/CAPA for major network failures in coordination with team and partner.
Provide on-site and telephonic technical services if necessary to insure the continuing operation and optimization of the network
Build short-term and long-term roadmap of the end user computing services to align with company strategy and lead initiatives to completion.
Lead process definition and improvements of IT user support experience. This action will include all steps of the incident and problem management process between incident/request intake and resolution.
Manage the service performance of the third-party IT Service Desk along with Zonal IT managers
Partner with information security to define and enforce PC compliance through tools and process.
Manage and maintain end user service tool for ITAM/ITSM

Architect and deployed CAN/LAN/WAN for manufacturing companies will be an added advantage.
Experince working on Cisco Meraki solutions , Fortinet firewall will be an added advantage
Experience working with leading OEMs like Cisco, HP Aruba, Sophos etc
Hands on experience in networking, routing, switching, wireless devices and firewalls etc
In depth knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure
Good organizational and time management skills

Analytical thinker and problem solver
A proven track record for taking up IT inititiaves and successfully implementing then in the current and past organizations.
