Responsibilities: · Capturing the Employee data into the system. Maintaining KYC Agreements of all Employees, BP & vendor agreement in the system.· Provide support to Employees as required.· Co-ordinate with Teams for any required pending documents as per the respective bank’s checklist for renewal of documents.· Ensure documents are submitted to the respective banks or upload scanned copies as per the timelines for renewal.· Ensure all Admin Activities are taken care.· All the BP Bank document is scanned and stored before submission and coordinate with Doc Executive for collection of documents from Banks.· Post submission co-ordinate of banks for any clarifications and ensure code has been created.· Co-ordinate with Employees, Finance Team & HR head for clarifications and support.Competencies: · Strong sense of Attention to Detail. Good Communication skills & patience.· Should understand basic accounting.· Must be able to communicate clearly with Bankers, BP, Vendors & Employees.· Ability to work and coordinate with different Teams.Educational Qualifications: Graduates with HR & Admin Experience.Work Experience: · Incumbent having relevant understanding of HR & Admin work would be added advantage· Freshers with quick learning abilityApplication Deadline: 30/9/2021Expected Start Date: 15/9/2021Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹8,420.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Vaccination is a must.
