Educational Qualification: Diploma /B.E

  • Design and Development of Component and Product (Plastics / Polymer Based) Follow guidelines as per SOP’s
  • To setup machinery and Line for the product segments
  • Validate and Engineer Die Development
  • Commercial Estimations and Realization of Part Functionality & benefits
  • Documentation and Standardization of the Parts & Drawings (PPAP)
  • Development of Products and Moulds/die in 3D – Autodesk Inventor / Solidworks (Optional)
  • Read, Understand and Prepare Part drawings – Autodesk AutoCAD (Mandatory).
  • Prepare the BOM and identify the part complexity as per DFM Guidelines
  • Carryout realization of the prototypes by involving with production.
  • Analyse the prototypes as per the standard inspection procedure.
