A Marketing Hiring for HR & Payroll Administrator Job at Chennai Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Admin activities of the HR like Maintaining a record of Attendance & Leaves balances, Employee Database

• Maintain and Manage Payroll, PF, ESI, and must know Overtime & Bonus calculations

• Updating Payslip and Managing other Documents of employees

• Screening resumes and Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

• Submitting tickets to get new hires set up.

• Verification of documents for new hires and performing reference and background checks.

• Good knowledge in Excel & Job Portal

• Following up on the interview process status.

• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.

• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• source equipment for employees

Required Skill Set:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication in English is Must

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
