Ensure timely implementation of PMS within agreed process guidelines; provide guidance to appraisers for consistent goal setting, performance review and feedback.
Analyze, identify and communicate training needs for the staff through performance appraisals, feedback, etc.; share training calendar, partner with Principals/project heads to collate training nominations.
Collate manpower requirements, update manpower database, partner with line for timely staffing of vacancies through candidate sourcing, interviews, joining formalities, etc.
Maintain and update personnel files including details of joining, compensation, promotions, transfers etc.
Gather field employees’ feedback through ongoing one-on-one interactions, exit interviews etc.; collate inputs and share with HR to better design future policies / processes.
Assist in carrying out Employee Satisfaction Surveys as assigned.
Identify and address employee concerns/grievances, take proactive action or escalate to HR specialists and/or appropriate line authority.
Ensure compliance with all statutory & non-statutory HR aspects, i.e. PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.
Organize coaching and counseling sessions for employees as required.
All matters related to employee services
Maintaining harmonious employee relations and proactive communication with HR in National Office.
Handling of all HR-related legal matters including labour disputes, court cases etc, including assistance in appointment of advocates, following up on pending legal cases.
Any other task as assigned from time to time.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communications skills in English. Must have significant and proven writing skills.
Should be well conversant with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and internet.
