Manpower Planning & Resourcing:
Manpower Budgeting and creating Recruitment Request in Oracle.
Co-ordinating with SSC HR Team for recruitment and onboarding process.
Ensuring the CTC offered is as per budget and with internal balance.
Employee life cycle management in Zing HR and Oracle
Managing employee exit process in coordination with SSC HR / Payroll
Payroll processing:
To adhere to payroll processing timeline.
To validate the Employee masters as and when the changes effected.
To be part of ‘ maker / checker’ in payroll process at BU / SSC.
Monitor the reimbursement, entitlements, and other monetary benefits of staff.
Coordination with SSC HR / SSC Payroll and Zing HR team for smooth process of payroll.
Performance Management:
Timeline adherence to Goal/KPI setting process & to Mid-Term review and the year-end review.
Statutory Compliance:
Compliance with respect to periodical returns for PF, ESI, Bonus, Payment of wages and Minimum wages Act.
To maintain repository of statutory records for reference and inspection purpose.
Coordination for audits / inspection by Government authorities on statutory obligations.
Process Control & Internal Audits:
Assistance to be provided with respect to implementation of Company policies, procedures, SOP’s from time to time.
Coordination with Internal and External Audits requirements and strive for nil non-compliance.
Learning & Development:
Coordination with BU / RO / HO on L&D needs of employees and effective implementation at the BU level.
MIS:
Preparing HR reports and MIS reports for CEO and Regional Office.
Assistance in HR reports preparations and when required at BU as well as RO level.
Employee Engagement:
To effectively implement activities for Employee Engagement at Workplace.
Coordination on Employee engagement surveys (Great Places to work, My World survey etc) and implementation of action plans.
Welfare & Sustainability:
Employee grievance redressal.
Ensure employee participation in the Volunteering and Sustainability initiatives of the organization.
IR & Administration:
To manage all admin related AMCs / agreements to be reviewed and renewed on time.
Oversee canteen operations and ensure cleanliness, hygiene and timely supply of food to employees
Statutory compliance – verification & certification of contractors monthly invoice. Ensure MWs, PF & ESI remittance of contractors employees
Branding in accordance with company’s policy time to time
Monitoring stock of COVID related PPEs including Sanitizers, masks etc
Ensure smooth functioning of Housekeeping, Canteen, terminal bus, garbage disposal and drinking and non drinking water supply
Ensure facility management activities like Travel, Accommodation, Ticket booking & helpdesk.
Manage inward and outward couriers, posts and maintain records.
Upkeep travel and accommodation records and facilitate timely bill payments.
Coordination to support for the preparation of OPEX budget / CAPEX budget and monitoring on monthly basis.
Mediclaim reimbursement /Cashless hospitalization facilitation for all employees.
On all above issues liaising on a regular basis with CFS/Management and ensure his involvement on key matters concerning labour/staff aspects.
CLMS:
Conduct Contract Personnel verification as UDR for admin related contracts with CRCLMS
Ensure no contractor’s employees resume duty without induction.
Safety:
Maintain checklist relating to safety of all CFS vehicles
Compliance of Company’s safety policies to ensure the highest safety standards with no compromise. Promoting the importance of Safety by observing and supporting all safety initiatives strictly and demonstrate commitment towards safety.
Conduct periodic inspections on the site and ensure that the contract labour follow all company policies like PPE usage, working hours restrictions, at risk behaviour, etc.
Ensure adequate supervision for one time jobs like civil, painting, plumbing etc.
Ensure all contract labour follows permit to work system of the CFS.
