Our Outstanding Opportunity
The ASR is accountable for end-to-end delivery from Supply perspective, advising and influencing all stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain. In pre-sales the ASR is the Supply business partner to the Core 3 team responsible for the design of an efficient Customer/Contract Supply Chain, meeting customer demands, in line with valid laws and regulations and in line with the Supply Strategy, all Supply risks assessed. After design the ASR brings the Supply Chain into execution with operational efficiency, continuously supervising, controlling and optimizing it up to and including project closure.
You will bring
Customer Satisfaction, Supply Project Cost Control, Monthly KPI’s, Tools & Resources SCOR, Ericsson Operating Model (EOM), SAP (ERP and Reporting knowledge), Tableau reporting, Demand/forecasting tools, Supply Chain Delivery Plan (SCDP), MS-Office, Ericsson Configuration Portfolio (EPC), Sales Force, Premium Proposal, Distribution Price Calculator (DPC), Leadtime and SIPP tool, Ericsson/Third party tracking tools (i.e. ECOD)
To Be Successful in Role one must have
Behavioral Competencies: Deciding and Initiating Actions, Relating and Networking, Delivering Result and Meeting Customer Expectations, Leading and Supervising, Persuading & influencing, Presenting and Communicating Information
Qualifications and Experience: Academic degree within relevant areas or corresponding work experience. Supply chain knowledge, general and Ericsson Business understanding, Project Management and leadership skills, good English verbal and writing communication skills.
