Job Objective We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, studying, and implementing new ITSM system solutions and ITIL best practices. You will be monitoring current processes and implementing new solutions with the goal to improve overall service efficiency. You will be working in our COE (Centre of Excellence) team of engineers and developers who are proficient in IT, security, programming and software development.
