Primary Responsibilities
Ensure timely Onboarding of new hire is done and all relevant documents are collected on the day of joining
Employee file management – Ensure that all the documents are filed in the employee personal file and update the checklist
Respond to Employee query on time & take care of employee request in HRIS.
Support the internal & External audit and conduct frequent self-audit.
Follow-up with employees for pending documents and update the employee document tracker.
Initiate the background verification on time and work with the vendor and ensure that all the required documents are submitted and ensure timely closure of background verification
Employee creation in HRIS tool and update any employee related changes in the tool.
Coordinate the New Hire Orientation / Training Program
