We are looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resources to join our team!
Implements systems and programs in the areas of administration, records management, employee relations and assists the Director of HR in accomplishing hotel and department goals and objectives. He/She will be responsible for providing guidance and support for the accomplishment of the Hotel’s and individual departments’ goals and objectives by recruiting, developing, motivating, and maintaining a competent workforce.
Duties
Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, compensation, colleague engagement, performance management and other related functions.
To drive a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Creates an environment of free communications and drives colleagues’ satisfaction.
Demonstrate leadership competencies and values.
Requirements
Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
Has a passion for people
Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws and extensive experience in industrial relations
Enjoys interacting with people
Has good communication and people management skills
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Has a solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures
