HANDLING SALES ORDERS & ENTERED IN THE TIMELINE SYSTEM .
MAKING CCR FOR NEW CUSTOMERS AND TAKE APPROVAL FOR THE SAME
DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING FILING SYSTEMS, MAINTAIN SALES RECORDS, PREPARE REPORTS.
CO-ORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH MARKETING TEAM TO GIVE FEEDBACK FOR STOCK, ORDER STATUS, COMPLAINT, TRANSPORT ISSUES ETC.
RESOLVING CUSTOMER QUERIES, INFORMING THEM OF DELAYS, ARRANGING DELIVERY DATES
·COLLABORATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE SALES, QUERIES, AND DELIVERIES ARE HANDLED EFFICIENTLY.
DOING DISPATCHES FOR READY MATERIALS.
MAKING INVOICES, DELIVERY NOTES AND MAKING LTA FOR READY MATERIALS AND INFORM TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT FOR SMOOTHLY DISPATCHES.
CO-ORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION HELD WITH ALL TRANSPORTERS FOR RESOLVING DISPATCH RELATED ISSUES.
MAKING SAMPLE PAPERS AND CO-ORDINATE WITH CONCERNED DEPARTMENT FOR FULFILL THE SAME.

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
