They have already connected to a million students and plan to reach 10 million by 2022.

As a Counsellor, you will support cross-functional teams in the company.

What you will do:
Creating MIS / Dashboard report

Coordinating, filing important documents & communicating relevant information.

Generating and distributing management reports in accurate and timely manner.

Developing MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

Providing recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

Performing data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
Proficient in Excel

Experience as Counsellor

1-2yrs of exp

Candidate having excellent command on advance excel is preferred.

Must be detail-oriented, ability to multi-task & prioritize task.

Good communication in English is must.

Should be well-versed with report validations

The candidate should be proficient in data analysis, Quality check, data validation/ investigation and reporting

Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

Must have an eye for detail and should possess strong analytical skills
