Full Job Description
1) Candidate should have a practical exposure in handling a manpower of 250-300 and able to maintain attendance on daily basis and discipline in HR -Spine software
2) Candidate should have knowledge employees skill matrix and able to update and educate on shop floor
3) Candidate should be able to drive plant related Recruitment and joining and induction activity
4) Candidate should have in depth knowledge about Employee engagement, and motivation and training and welfare activity
5) Candidate should have knowledge in administrative activity like Security and In house canteen /Pantry and overall housekeeping of plant and office furniture , etc
6) Candidate should be able to spend time on shop floor and able to handle in Employees grievances and should know the legal process on Absenteeism
7) Candidate should have experience in plant statutory compliance’s .
8) A deserved candidate should be able to work in shift .
