Job Description
Assist BDE/Sales Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality / locality
Coordinate with cross functional/ other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branche
Assist Regional Sales Manager in planning and organizing Sales/ Marketing events in Branch locations
Making Joint sales call with BDEs/ Sales Team
Help branches to plan and conduct Customer meets
Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
Visit at branches to analyse the service quality and recommend remedial measures
Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
Take active role in recruiting and inducting BDEs/ Sales Team.
Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs.
Evaluation of performance vis-à-vis the competitors of the locality
Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor
Minimise customer complaints.
Maintain liaison with Regional Sales Manager/ Area Manager/ Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches.
