Full Job Description
1. All responsibilities adhered to HR –database management, documentation, sourcing resumes, screening candidates, salary negotiation, interview schedule, background check of selected candidates, sending offer letter, preparing JD, appointment letter in fixed intervals.
2. Follow-up with educational institutes for the internship program, campus placement and take part in campus drive.
3. Support in Internal Communication Process and Employee Engagement Process.
4. Support in Performance Appraisal process with updates weekly, monthly and annually.
5. Leave Application & Absentees maintenance, Attendance Register maintenance, Leave Roster maintenance, Performance Record of Employees maintenance.
6. Payroll process, Salary Break-up Preparation and co-ordinating with the employees.
7. Employee, Freelancers, Associates and other dignitary members associated with the organization- maintain details and particulars of them including birthdays, special occasions and others and keep updating with the team to celebrate/ wish in advance.
8. Active participation with the management in all kind of organizational activities.
9. Preparing MIS Report and working with software to maintain performance metrics of every employee.
10. Follow-up with the management and co-ordinate with the team members to finish assignments and responsibilities within fixed deadlines.
11. R&D on innovative ideas in the field of HR.
12. Making Employee Feedback Form every six months and co-ordinate with Management on its reports.
13. Editorial Contribution by sourcing articles for HR related and industry related segments.
14. Networking with new clients and co-ordinating with the existing clients as branding initiatives with the support of Sales/ Editorial/ Marketing team.
15. Sending promotional copies to wide range of potential customers.
16. Backoffice support through Database Management.
17. Admin Support by maintaining all important files & documents, stationary list and other important activities inside office premises.
18. Cash Expenses and Cheque Deposit Particulars maintenance
19. Payment Follow-ups and update in Excel Sheet co-ordinating with the Sales Team.
20. Local travel on behalf of the organization in case of urgent requirement.
However, the responsibilities may subject to minor changes as and when necessary.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
