Job Description:
Handle Clients & resolve queries
· Manage Client master data at one place
· Coordination with accounts dept regarding recoveries
· Keep clients up-to-date with work progress
· Through client relations try to get new business opportunities
· Arrange completion ceremony for clients
· Manage Social Media existence via Website development, G-location, Festival Greetings
· Report to the upper management

Candidate Required:

1. Should be responsible for Collections, Due calling, Documentation.

2. Coordination with sales team, clients, Accounts department

3. Daily reporting

4. Assigned task to be completed within deadline.

Education

UG: Any Graduate
