The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team is looking for a Staffing Manager. In this role; you will own both engagement and optimization for a defined geography (cluster). Creating a collaborative team environment and a strong candidate-oriented culture that ensures deliver of efficient, effective, quality driven service to business partners is essential for success. As a staffing manager key focus area will be 1) Executing labor demand plans for multiple sites across the cluster, 2) Owning the strategic development and execution of candidate engagement activities, and 3) development of relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build long term partnerships.
As an ideal candidate you will possess strong analytical skills to enable predictable hiring plans, process improvements, candidate experience & risk-free hiring operations through strategic interventions. You will manage an organization of Staffing Team Leads & Coordinators who thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
