The role:
Main Task:
Generate customer invoices by following three-eye principal
Generate customer account statement
Performing customer account reconciliation
Delivery of customer invoices via email or via online upload portals.
Maintaining account receivables files and records.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquires from customers.
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying and entering transactions.
Create & update log for control and reporting.
Role within SWO India
Candidate would be a team member within Finance Shared Service Centre of SoftwareONE India, who will be support in account receivables related tasks for different subsidiaries/clients.

Experiences / additional competencies
B.Com / MBA Finance with 2a-3 Years experience
Time management & accountability skills.
Ability to handle work pressure
Should possess basic knowledge of Accounting and Microsoft office.
Good written and verbal Communication skills.
