HR Operations works closely with other HR teams covering Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward, Change & Systems
Job Description
What is the role we can offer you ?
The HR Operations team is responsible for the full employee lifecycle from new joiner onboarding, through all changes that might happen during an employee’s time with the company, such annual pay review, changes to role or transfers of department or country, maternity or paternity leaves, sick leaves etc, through to termination of employment. We are also involved in the lifecycle of non-employees such as contractors. This is a varied and interesting role where you will be supporting employees and line managers across the globe and therefore needing to operate within a variety of different employment legal jurisdictions.

This role will be responsible for the Lifecycle and Exit service offering across our offices globally and the role will include:
Qualifications
What will I bring to the role ?
Degree in HR or similar qualification
IT literate (HRIS & MS Office)
HR Operations experience
HR Shared Services experience would be an advantage, ideally in a corporate environment
Fluent spoken and written English language skills
Exposure to other HR disciplines would be an advantage
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
A friendly, helpful manner with good stakeholder management skills
Able to remain calm under pressure
Able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Risk management awareness / good risk ‘radar’
Be customer-focused and understand what a positive customer experience looks like.
