Assistant Manager – USI Supporting Belgium DSI ITS – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (USI BSO NSE ITS)
The USI BSO NSE ITS team develops Custom products, applications and services for Deloitte professionals globally. As a team we are here to delight customers by embracing design thinking, agility, innovation, and a customer first focus.
Work you’ll do
An Assistant Manager will be responsible to design, develop, test, debug and deliver web/windows/mobile solutions, which add value to the business.
You will work on a variety of projects and be presented with the challenge of determining at a detailed level how an array of applications will be integrated across both cloud and on-premise. Further, you will be hands-on in leading aspects of development and reviewing the work of others to ensure it is well written, secure and robust.
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will communicate, align with the business and report to the Technical Manager.
Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to set the direction when there is little or no oversight. As a Technical Lead, should be able to coach, mentor & guide junior developers within the team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain: Software framework and services using the .NET and .Net Core framework and other modern web technologies.
Analyze: Client needs and technical requirements to create architecture and design for solution
Scope: Understand and define scope of technical software projects, along with reviewing the requirements and asses the work effort and estimate the necessary time-to-completion.
Evaluate, create and document: Evaluate new technologies, create test plans and scenarios for development and document new development and procedures.
Quality Assurance: Closely follow software development leading practices to maximize the predictability and success of projects.
People Coaching & development: Responsible for coaching, mentoring and development of team members.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
7-10 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
7-10 years of Full-stack development experience in NET/.Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular/React, SQL Server, OOPs, Entity Framework, C#
Experience in designing responsive webpages using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap
Experience in designing and developing Web APIs and Microservices
Experience in designing enterprise software and defining technology architectures (design patterns, SOA, etc.) and multi-tier system development and integration with other external systems
Knowledge of design patterns, architectural patterns and continuous development and integration processes
Experience with SQL Server database design, querying, stored procedures, views, joins, performance management etc.
Experience with Visual Studio 2017 and later, Source Control – TFS / GIT
Ability to work within a team environment, manage business stakeholders and independently coordinate and deliver commitments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and negotiate and mutually agree timescales with project managers
Identifies opportunities for process improvement, policy development and take ownership for their implementation
Holds self and staff accountable for ensuring that results are achieved. Demonstrates a strong orientation towards achievement. Determines and uses the appropriate resources of Deloitte to achieve results in the most efficient and effective manner
Ensures Stakeholder satisfaction.
