Help Desk phone support of all Boxer and Stemmons employees for computer or telecom
related issues.
Update and create documentation.
Recommend, direct, and implement network infrastructure improvements.
Oversee large projects that require managing the resources of the I.T. department.
Install appropriate software packages, operating systems, networking components, and
office applications.
Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’
requirements.
Provide updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users.
Administer all computer and phone systems.
Shift work including night shift.
Job Specifications
Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree
3 years of help desk support of U.S. personnel.
After hours availability for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance or support.

2003/2008 Domain Administration
