What you’ll do
You will be responsible to work on configuration tickets or change requests and make build changes in production & non-production domains.You are also expected to work on the production domain, perform an in-depth investigation on the issue and fixing the issues logged by clients.Additionally, you will be responsible to meet client service level agreements and should be able to establish/maintain relationships between Cerner and Client, in order to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution benefits, etc.Besides all these, you should be able to effectively communicate status updates of tasks to appropriate Client contacts.
What we’re looking for
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 6 months of work experience on SQL
