Position: HR & Admin Executive (Female)Role: HR & AdministrationExperience: 4+ yearsSalary: up to 4.20 LPA (INR)Job Location: Ahmedabad (Apply local candidates only)Your responsibilities as the HR administrator will include:Forming and maintaining employee recordsUpdating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leavePreparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guidesReviewing and renewing company policies and legal complianceCommunicating with external partnersReporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnoverBeing the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queriesAssisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days takenHelping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expensesHR administrators will be expected to be proficient in the following:Experience as an HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistantUnderstanding various HR software systems, like HRMSComputer literate with programs such as word excel, etc.Good understanding of labor lawsOrganizational skills and ability to prioritizeGood communicative skillsAny Graduate in HR or a relevant fieldJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftWork Remotely:No
