Executes transactions as per defined guidelines in order to meet SLA.
2. Maintain client relationship through periodic governance calls.
3. Identify Process Improvements and drive them to closure.
4. Self-driven approach & must be able to lead the team during leads absence.
5. Multi-task, mentor and take part in building competencies of the peers.
6. Enabled to take ownership of planning, scheduling, deadlines, deliverables and quality control.
7. Handles/helps resolve escalation at process level in order to ensure high customer satisfaction.
