Retail Store Branch Manager-Female Only Location: Trivandrum / Thiruvalla / Aluva / Manjeri / Thodupuzhawe are preferring for Female candidates but no constraint for the right candidate.Industry: building materialsExperience : 3-4 yrs Salary: 25000 (Fixed) + 3000 (travel reimbursement – to be settled directly by Sales Partner) + 10,000(Performance incentive)Branch Manager is responsible to provide a brilliant Store experience, create customer relations and loyalty, and to grow the business at the respective Experience Centre. They manage the leads and customers, and are ultimately responsible for the store P&L.Candidate Profile: 1. Experienced marketing/business development professionals based in the position of Sales Manager or Branch Manager preferably in building materials or related industries. Need to be able to work based on targets and manage a team to effectively achieve targets.2. The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.3. Must be able to lead and motivate a team and should have persuasive communication skills.4. Must have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations5. Demonstrates good decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.6. Have the ability to understand and analyse sales figures.7. Should be willing to travel on a frequent basis in their target region.8. Strong computer skills utilizing the Internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Description: 1. Creating relationships and making the first sale with local contractors, architects, builders, and channel partners.2. Creation and conversion of sales leads for Store Turnkey & Trading solutions.3. Know about customer projects, products to be used in each, and ensure they consider Store deals for as many products as possible in each project through time-to-time planning4. Track receivables notify and have follow ups through Sales Engineers as needed. Follow up directly when there is undue delay and take the necessary action to recover asap5. Ensure the Experience Centre experience, by maintaining and running the store properly, including the staffing, turnouts, behavior etc.6. Ensure staff training on time, morale and remuneration on time7.
