If terms like customer definition, asset alignment, government workflow or customer review and validation are in your vocabulary, and are second nature you may be the Data Analyst (Asset management) that we are looking for to join our dynamic and innovative team.
You’ll be responsible for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues related to asset management. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

You should have the ability to conduct full lifecycle analysis including requirements, activities, design, reporting capabilities. You’ll also have experience monitoring performance and quality control plans to help identify improvements.
What you’ll be doing
Interpreting large raw data setsConducting data analysis and auditsDeveloping and leading the execution of action plans to update Cisco databases with improved IB dataProducing reports for customers, account teams and other stakeholders
What you’ll need
Minimum 3 years’ account management with strong technical knowledge (hardware and software)High level of MS Excel mastery including pivot tables, Vlookups and formattingAbility to generate reports using MS Excel, Power BI and other dashboardsStrong organisational, interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skillsMinimum 2 years’ experience in IT industryAbility to work with Cisco tools and databases, interest in technology and willing to learn more about Cisco systems technologiesMinimum 2 years’ experience in general Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environmentAbility to work independently and in a cross functional team environmentDemonstrable experience in virtual teaming and collaborationProcess-oriented work styleExcellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
