Finally, we take a lot of pride in having the courage to do things which perhaps nobody else would have done in the past; we look to innovate every minute of every day and decide boldly as well as quickly.Roles & Responsibilities· Prospect leads for our Group / Affinity business including Corporates, Startups, SMEs and various associations· Understand the needs of various corporates, affinity groups and post that structure the insurance product for them as per need· Analyze market demands & trends as well as competitor to help stay ahead in the curve· Liaison with the various Insurance partners for quotes building proposals for them· Onboarding and servicing of the groups including coordinating with HR leads as well as association presidents· Increasing the value for the current set of clients and developing newer segments· Analyze data to help improve product and work with the Member experience team to deliver Customer delight to our clientsKey Requirements · 7-10 years of experience working in Sales, Key Account Management or any relevant experience· Experience of selling to CHROs, CFOs and Startup cofounders is a big plus· Experience in Group sales is a must. Insurance sector experience would be an added advantage· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive to solve client issues and handle uncertainty and ambiguity· Creative thinker to help think out of box to find solutions to meet growing needs for our clients· Active listeners are great sales people in our experience – patience and active listening are preferred traits· Passion to work is fast growth Healthtech startup· Good Negotiation skills, with ability to constant follow-through with clients & insurance partnersJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:Yes
