Role: ADMIN OFFICERRole DefinitionThe Admin officer shall be responsible for all financial updates and one to one company receivables and payablesResponsibility1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role with minimum 1- 2yr experience.2. Solid knowledge of office procedure3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, and Other advanced excel formulas)4. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good typing speed.6. Attention to detail, Good knowledge of computerTasks& Activities1. Generating/maintaining the daily MIS Reports.2. Ordering office stationery and supplies.3. Keep employee records (physical and digital).and update office policies as needed4. Maintain Office Expenses and Vendor Payments.5. Managing Housekeeping Department.6. Maintain Expense Files and Vouchers. Preparing regular financial and administrative reports7. Follow-up couriers tracking, customer issue, Office Stationery & visiting card.8. Making Cheque & Maintain Electricity, Telephone, Mobile Bills.9. Visit to Electricity, TTML, MTNL office follow-up bills.10 Raising the invoice of payouts for all the partnered banks and follow-ups for the same11. Visit In Bank & Handling Bank-related Works. Making Vouchers for Office Staff.12. Making employee visiting & id card.13. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointment14. Arrange travel and accommodation, Schedule in house and external events15. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents16. Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders17. Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications18. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloadInformation flow to the internal and external customers.Collect information from the allocated department and update in the CRMData Management Adding and updating real-time all records in various trackers/ Excel sheets used to keep data of enrolments, queries, and schedules.Daily report & MISDisbursement of pay-out allocation to the sales team on the same dayLearning Management System upkeepEnsure all Activities are uploaded on LMS category-wise.Measurement Metrics# of credits/debits# of visitors to the office, daily attendance maintenance,Data analysis for each weekCompetencies we are looking for1.
