Job Description:
HRIS Analyst position is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) including but not limited to SAP (HCM – OM, PA), iCIMS , QLIK Dashboard etc.
Essential Functions & Duties/Responsibilities
Understanding of Master Data Management, Relationship and Organization Structure Maintenance and info types.
Experience in SAP Master data (Manager change, Title change, Address Change, Bulk Cost Center & Pay changes, Termination reason changes)
Understanding of Any Talent Acquisition systems e.g. (iCIMS)
Applies basic HCM/HR knowledge to help support HRIS systems which includes SAP, Success factors, iCIMS etc
Interacts with customers/users to gather requirements for enhancements, issues etc. Performs root-cause analysis and brainstorms resolution options and communicates the same effectively across various teams including customers.
Applies HCM functional knowledge to Troubleshoots basic problems and recommends appropriate actions.
Analyzes business and user needs. Performs business analysis of systems, including writing functional requirements and developing test Plans.
Drives continuous knowledge transfers/cross trainings within team members.
Develops use cases, test plans, and training documentation as needed
Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge on HCM business processes within SAP HCM
Requires at least 2 to 4 years of related experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio , Access etc).
Team player, Self-Learner and Multitasker who can effectively prioritize and deliver on time.
Solid organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
