Your Role and Responsibilities
At Kyndryl, continuous improvement is crucial to how we elevate the value and experience we deliver to clients. The Kyndryl Performance Analyst diagnoses which experiences are resonating with clients, identifies performance improvement opportunities and helps the Marketing organization translate these insights into investment and execution decisions that improve reputation, relationships, pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Planning & Forecasting
Use of historic performance data to model, forecast or project future performance by tactic type
Support for Demand Strategists in annual and quarterly strategic planning activities
Development of OKRs, KPIs and benchmarks
Market insight based recommendations on key companies, audiences and segments to prioritize
Detailed audience sizing support by country
Development, use and enablement on all key analytical frameworks, tools and reports
Proactive future quarter pipeline coverage and “to go gap” analysis
2) Historic Performance Analysis
Planned and ad-hoc analysis of marketing performance (year to year, quarter to quarter, monthly/weekly)
In-depth multi-variant analysis of Marketing response, lead and pipeline performance by channel, team, BU, tactic type, Geography, and other dimensions
Evaluation of Marketing’s ROI and impact to the business relationship and revenue performance
3) Insights into Action
Intelligence based recommendations for next best action and lead touch optimization to accelerate pipeline progression
Identification of opportunities to improve efficiency or effectiveness
“No regrets” recommendations to cease where performance is lacking
Demand Funnel “math” to analyze volume, quality and conversion rates across the end to end demand funnel (from engagement to response to marketing lead to sales lead to win)
Development and enablement for available “self-service” Marketing analysis dashboards
Requirement gathering and input into long term performance analysis solutions
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to understand key business and Marketing KPIs and make optimization trade-offs
Ability to help frame decision making for execs down to practitioners
Ability to compare performance against internal and external benchmarks for volume, quality, yield, contribution and return on investment
Keen understanding of offering types, inbound marketing sources, opportunity owners and sales channels
Curiosity to evolve target personas, audiences and customer segments with proactive recommendations
Hands on experience with modern analytical tools (ex: Tableau)
Education & Professional Experience required
10+ years of experience in Technology Industry
5+ years of performance/demand generation experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Extremely results-oriented and creative collaborator
Focus on data driven marketing transformation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments
