About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Take responsibility for the full life cycle of technical/IT recruitment and identify resumes from job websites 2. Attract applicants by placing job postings on job sites, social media, and other channels 3. Arrange, organize the candidate interviews and coordinate with the respective technical team followed by management 4. Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter 5. Maintain HR records, such as those related to incentives, conduct reports of employees, health and medical insurances, etc. 6. Manage workplace safety measurements and other co-workers’ discipline & dignity 7. Maintain perfect office infrastructure & IT environment 8. Communicate and explain the organization’s policies to the employees, visitors, and others 9. Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities 10. Maintain and regularly update the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in the HR module of ERP software

Other requirements:
Must possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing
