Full Job DescriptionSupport users and maintains marketing technology(analytics focus) environments.
Works with client business and technical teams to understand business and system requirements
Provides 2nd level user and technical support for client teams per managed services model
Interfaces with partner technical support channel
Installation, configuration, customization, and support of analytic applications for client and internal use
Maintenance of QA/test/non-prod environments
Interfaces with IT and database technology teams during system build and support phases for application enablement
Automation of recurring tasks (e.g. backups, monitoring programs)
Implementation of methodology to maintain system release levels including major release upgrade management and hot fixes
Unit Test and System Integration Test case/plan creation and execution
Qualifications
4-year Computer Science degree or comparable experience and 6+ years professional experience
SQL programming
Scripting (Perl, Python, Unix shell, Power shell)
Open source software (example python, R, etc.)
SAS Intelligence Platform architecture and deployment (including SAS Metadata layer, SAS Web Application layer)
Unica Campaign, Adobe or other campaign management tools experience also a consideration
Experience administering Business Intelligence tools e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy
Experience in Advanced User support and user mentoring functions
