Full Job DescriptionOTC – Functional Expert
Summary:
As an OTC Functional Expert, you will be responsible to track customer adoption of HighRadius AR solution implementations by working closely with the customer and product teams, understanding their pain points and challenges, analyses reports and provide domain expertise to optimize adoption of the solution, thereby improving overall customer experience and their business outcomes
Job Description:
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in understanding their challenges, guide them to optimize the solution and track progress with reports and business metrics to communicate progress
Understanding customer challenges with the solution and feedback to the product teams
Review clients’ processes, metrics and providing business insights and recommendations
Assess end to end impact of across OTC (Credit, Billing, Collections, Dispute / Deductions & Cash Application processes)
Provide subject matter expertise and suggest improvements to process and governance
Be part of design call requirements and provide subject matter expertise and insights to stakeholders
Clearly and concisely communicate meaningful recommendations based upon your insights
Share best practices with the customer and identify areas of improvement within processes and reports
You would work on large amounts of data, extract key insights from the data
Need to work with cross functional teams, establish connect and work as a single team
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the end-to-end Order to Cash process with subject matter expertise in one or more of Credit / Billing / Collections / Disputes & Deductions / Cash Application
Exposure to the best practices with proven track record of delivering process optimization
Prior experience in working with or engaged in implementation of AR automation solutions
Process transition experience in AR module
Experience in driving Transformation & Digital initiatives
Worked on ERP applications
Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and recommend solutions
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting
5 to 10 years in OTC and functional expertise in Credit / Billing / Collections / Disputes & Deductions /Cash Application, preferably involved in set-up of functional teams or operations
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external parties at all levels
Demonstrate Confidence and comfort in client discussions
Attend customer calls across different time zones
