We had a very strong foundation of values that transformed us into the leaders we are today…The RoleThe Head of Sales and Business Development is extremely passionate about Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, in a “Start-Up” environment in general.The person is going to be a part of a closely-knit team of passionate individuals with an absolute focus on transforming education to employment.The person will take full responsibility for driving top and bottom-line sales growth by bringing out-of-the-box ideas that drive product and business objectives. A large part of the role will be around brand positioning, marketing trends, analytics, effectiveness measurement, and reporting. The role involves providing strategic guidance to the team as well as ensure proper execution.The role reports to the CEO and the position plays a critical role in the growth of the Organization.Responsibilities: Develop the business plan and execute the entire revenue funnel.Drive revenue, profits, and Manage P&L of the businessDefine, track, and improve key metrics.
