Deploy HR plans and solutions to achieve tactical HR & business initiatives and deliver results.
Increasing workforce capability, driving the change at shop-floor to make Sanofi a learning organization.
Supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
Deliver on employee engagement agenda for Hyderabad
Project manage HR analytics and update the same through dashboards or monthly MIS for SHIPL Hyderabad
Duties & Responsibilities
Drive Talent Management & Capability Development (25%)
Actively drive the execution and adoption of IDPs at shop-floor
Connect and own the IDP reviews for the target population
Collate all information for the management committee review
Facilitate planning and execution of learning interventions at the site based on the ELC trends and function specific requirements.
Plan the execution of structured learning initiatives at Site level
Getting nominations for learning initiatives and follow through for the completion of learning interventions.
Track and report the talent movements within and across functions
Support site and function heads in handling people issues for enhancing efficiency
HR Analytics (30%)
Collect and compile key HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including human resource information systems (HRIS) and time-office outputs, benefits enrollment records, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, personnel records, and other sources.
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention toward engagement interventions, learning & development, absenteeism, leave use, recruitment, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve existing metrics.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
Collaborate with finance & controlling teams for budget preparations and forecasts.
Employee Engagement (20%)
Actively drive and participate in employee engagement exercises, guide and support volunteers involved in planning and execution.
Logistics and delivery support through vendor actions, in-site collaboration and problem solving
Coordinate cyclical and situational engagement activities.
Collate all information for the management committee review
4. Employee Life Cycle Support (10%)
Educate and execute the people actions on the internal HRMS
Responsible for partnering in recruitment process with managers for position creations, JR creations, sharing of internal IDP
Coordinate & review with recruitment team on open positions and update the progress to HRBP.
Facilitate campus/ walk-in drives through scheduling, panel mobilization and leadership update.
Prepare and update job descriptions of each position to facilitate organizational requirements
Coordinate the annual JD update exercise
Organize and conducts check ins (1 week, 30 days, 90 days), pulse surveys, stay interviews, round table discussions and develops action plans to champion progressive change
Conduct exit interviews, draw trends over time and impact change by addressing anonymous issues and concerns with leaders
5. Compliance, Documentation and Audit Readiness (10%)
Formulate, introduce and develop system pertaining to HR files/ documentation management
Awareness and working knowledge on Statutory Compliances.
Track and monitor the CAPAs or follow through the SOP changes. Coordinate and follow up on global HR Audits.
To carry out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Reporting Manager to meet with the various Audits faced by the organization in the highly regulated business area
6. HSE management in department and on site(5%)
Responsible to support implementation and maintenance of the HSE management system and performance.
Demonstrate visible commitment to HSE and have the special responsibility to lead by example.
Animate a strong, proactive culture oriented towards promoting positive behaviours.
Identify, correct and promptly report unsafe conditions, behaviours, or potentially hazardous
situations.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
5 to 7 years of core HR generalist experience with data management and reporting experience.
Excellent communication skills
Language requirements: English
