Job purpose
As an Analyst I – Talent Acquisition, you will responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for open positions. The goal is to always meet clients’ needs by finding candidates that match organizational culture and position’s requirements.
What will you do?
Create sourcing plans that meet the demands of the business requirements and execute on the planProactively build a robust pipeline by searching and screening candidates through recruitment channels such as internal recruitment, employee referral and direct sourcingIdentify channels to recruit to ensure positions are filled on time and in budgetConduct first interviews in English assessing applicants’ technical qualities and cultural fit.Create a world class recruiting experience for the candidates.Work through and maintain candidate data within the ATS (Oracle) including weekly reporting.Participate in local/global projects to drive forward the Talent Acquisition function
What do you need to know?
Proven work experience as a RecruiterHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databasesKnowledge of labor legislationExperience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluationFamiliarity with social media and other professional networksExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong decision-making skillsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
