ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Quality Control Associate is responsible to perform quality control tasks for the entire team in India and share reports with the India and US teams.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Perform daily audits on the tasks completed by the team.
Prepare root cause analysis and share the feedback with the team on an ongoing basis.
Prepare process documentation on the process related aspects and update this document on an ongoing basis the daily audits and communication received from the US team.
Escalate recurring quality issues on a timely fashion to the Manager for closure with an action plan.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Good communication skills.
2+ years of relevant experience in the current process.
Strong process / product knowledge.
Should have a keen eye to detail for team’s process related tasks.
Excellent customer service skills.
Bachelor’s Degree; Accounting and Finance degrees preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Must have MS-Excel skills and be proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work in US Hour Shift
Ability to hit deadlines
Reliable and dependable
Ability to adapt to change
Problem solving skills
