POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Administrative Associate to join our growing Global Delivery Centre team. This is a remote position in Bangalore. This full-time position will be responsible for executing projects for the Global Delivery Centre and providing service support to the different departments and functions of the organization. This is a global service support and delivery role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that is creating an entirely new category and is led by a veteran team in this unique industry space. This role calls for someone who is truly “high velocity,” where resourcefulness is key to success. This position is well-suited for the particularly ambitious person who has high attention to detail and is attracted to making a positive impact at work. The right candidate has a relentless zeal to contribute and should have an affinity towards matters of international growth, data integrity, compliance and employment. There is a constant opportunity for competency development, as the successful candidate will learn the business model of Velocity Global and will work with all of Velocity Global international offices. This individual will report to the Global Delivery Centre Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high quality service support to our global offices in collaboration with the Client Services Team, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, International Velocity Global teams and local service providers across the globe
Work on adhoc [20%] and recurring projects [80%] and work together with the Global Delivery team completing the projects on time, on budget
Perform administrative tasks on Velocity Global’s HRIS Platform including creation of payroll requests, maintenance and audit of employee profiles, uploading of monthly payslips etc.
Creation and modification of expense policies in our expense management platform
Ensure all projects are tracked in the internal project management tool
Ensure service delivery according to OLAs and maintain high quality of service
Work closely with stakeholders and develop good relationships across different functional teams
Ensure high levels of data accuracy and data integrity throughout systems

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
BSc/BA in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent certification
2+ years of experience in international Shared Service Centers / BPOs or equivalent providing administrative support and work experience in cross functional administrative projects
Should have experience in working across different times zones, preferably in a 24/7 setup
Experienced in working with different ticket management systems
Business proficiency in the English language required
Research-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to quickly assimilate information
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication and listening skills
Strong consultative customer service and project management style
Technology-literate, including Microsoft Office and Google suite
Drive, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating an unparalleled customer experience…it should be in your bones
