Job Description
Responsibilities:
Processing of all Vendor invoices and Employee reimbursements.
Prepare all invoices / reports for payment.
In charge of ensuring that all hard files are maintained as per regulatory requirements.
Perform and ensure accuracy and completeness of the general ledger and month-end closing activities including journal entries, adjustments, accruals and account reconciliations.
Track close process deadlines .
Ensure proper supporting documentation is maintained for each journal voucher.
Assist on ad hoc financial analysis where needed.
Provide support for financial statement audits and tax return preparation.
Assist in other accounting and finance special projects as needed including new system implementations, new policies, and cross functional issues.
In charge of ensuring that all TDS / GST accounted accurately.
In charge of preparation of TDS / GST reconciliations.
Qualifications
3+ years of strong experience in P2P (Accounts Payable).
Overall general accounting experience.
Oracle 11i or higher, or other ERP system experience.
Strong Excel skills required.
Experience in SOX control execution/documentation
Additional Information

Must be a self-starter and team player and able to work in a fast pace and rapidly changing environment.
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently.
Quick learner, ability to identify issues and resolve problems.
