We are looking for a senior sales executive to help build our sales organization and drive
revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving a sales target for their designated territory. The candidate should be comfortable with initiating and managing highly complex sales projects aimed at school and school system both Pvt. and Govt, as well as developing an effective sales motion for smaller and mid-market customers.
Responsibilities
· Takes ownership of all sales initiatives, development of business, and achieving
sales goals, including traveling throughout India to develop and close business
· Taking a formative role in developing sales and business development plans
· Interfacing with senior management on issues concerning sales and BD, implementation of projects, feedback and reporting from the market
· Be an effective evangelist for our product and be personally involved with closing our
largest customers
· Undertake activities for inbound lead requirements for meeting sales objectives
· Communicate effectively and transparently to provide full visibility into the sales
· pipeline at each stage of development
· Foster partnerships and goodwill with customers, taking full responsibility for their
successful product adoption
Skills and Qualifications
· 7+ years of experience managing and creating sale structures
· High degree of knowledge deploying CRMs and sales infrastructures (including
Salesforce)
· Experience of sales in schools and schools’ system is must
· Proven track records in B2B, government and enterprise Sales
· Experience interfacing with senior management across marketing, engineering,
product, strategic planning, and finance initiatives
Highly desired
· Experience in the Indian educational sector
· Experience in enterprise technology sales
· Fluent in Hindi and English
