Full Job Description
Talent Management· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.HR Operations· Taking regular rounds in the hospital for monitoring discipline, dress code, creating rapport with other departments etc· Monitoring attendance of all employees.· Resolving employee queries regarding their attendance/salary.· Guiding employees through the policies and protocol regarding any procedures related to the company.· Onboard new employee in order to become full integrated.· Maintain all personnel policies and procedures & provide guidance and interpretation to staff.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ₹180,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Flexible shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9016854019
