Department Overview
User Acceptance team is part of the Consumer & Small Business Banking Quality Assurance and provides end to user acceptance testing support, including functional testing and production validation.
About the Role
Provide matrix leadership to cross-functional teams to accomplish project tasks and goals in the User Acceptance Testing area.
Responsibilities
Evaluates current business environment to determine the most effective implementation strategy.
Collaborate with other teams to define projects / goals, design the appropriate change focused communications.
Essential Qualifications
Experience in systems/application testing, quality assurance.
5+ years of experience in people management.
Lead development of testing strategies, coordinate testing activities on multiple projects.
Communicate powerfully and prolifically to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex.
Influence people at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Lead through adversity and adjust to changing priorities.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Test planning and executing experience in systems such as: ALM and JIRA
