This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to get involved in a wide range of activities with considerable exposure to Finance stakeholders . Your responsibilities will include:
Tracking the Finance Cost transform project on ‘Accelerating the finance close’ ensuring all the key dependencies in terms of other postings are delivered on time and Cost is able to meet the committed deadlinesSupport the overall strategy and execution of the Innovation agenda for Cost
What will you be doing?
The person will closely work with several teams contributing to the Cost financial close to ensure the target timelines are adhered toThe person will be responsible to identify reasons for delays and coordinate solution to ensure the close is aligned to the deadlinesThis role will involve identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, tech enhancementsThe role will work with Director to execute innovation based projects across the Cost FTC in a timely mannerIdentify opportunities for process enhancement and automations
What we’re looking for:
o Significant experience in financial services; strong understanding of processes related to book close
o Ability to balance multiple critical requests from various stakeholders and prioritise in the right order
o Strong problem solving skills with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and identify the right solution
o Attention to detail and strong organisational skills a must.
o Strong Communication skills across a variety of forums and mediums. Proven ability to distil information into key messages and deliver succinctly according to audience

Ability to drive and execute deliverables in short time frames and work with limited supervision and able to thrive in a challenging and ever changing environment
Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels and geographies of the organization.
Ability to develop business strategy, communicate in clear and confident manner, and act independently to implement, sometimes using creativity in approach
