As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Lead multiple projects or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
Experience in leading requirements workshops, designing Solution Blueprints and getting Customer sign offs on deliverables
Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
6 -8 plus years of SAP Customer Relationship Management experience
2 plus years of experience with SAP CRM B2B/B2C ISA/WCEM, Mobile, CIC Customer Interaction Center, WebUI
Expertise in SAP CRM end to end Lead to Cash process including Marketing, Sales and Service and Internet Pricing Configuration (IPC)/SSC
Extensive experience in SAP CRM Middleware, integration with non-SAP systems through Web-services, Web-Methods or using SAP PO / CPI or any other middleware
Performed detail system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
SAP CRM – Certification preferred
Expertise in handling migration projects to SAP CRM or S/4HANA for Customer Management
Understand Technical architecture and code base
Loyalty Management, Incentive and Commission Management, Partner Channel Management, Trade Promotion Management.
