TE Connectivity’s Digital Platforms & Operations teams understand TE’s business and digital strategies to optimize our sales and marketing automation processes to define, implement, manage, and optimize TE’s online commerce capabilities and services, digital platforms and processes (e.g., te.com, E-Commerce, SMA, CRM, Salesforce.com, Eloqua, SFDC, AEM, etc.). They collaborate with others regarding data standards and resolve issues that may impact marketing automation activities and with IT to help them understand the business requirements that determine the analysis and design of effective technical solutions. They monitor features and functionalities to enhance capabilities; ensure quality of releases, testing and validating that the requirements are met. Being a member of these teams requires thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices and advanced knowledge of campaign set-up and management, form development and management, segment management, reporting, contact and content management and lead.
Job Background:
As a member of the Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) Marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading the process improvements to ensure the success of the AD&M Marketing team.
AD&M Marketing is partnering with sales to drive a transformation in the way we go to market and interact with customers, including a significant change management effort internally. Specifically, we are implementing several upgrades to our Demand Generation and Lead Management process, leading to a more account based marketing approach. This role is a key leader in implementing these changes, along with several parallel initiatives to support the transformation.
This position will collaborate closely with BU Marketing, BU Field Sales and Sale Operations, IT resources, Segment and Corporate Marketing Operations to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
Serve as project manager to improve lead management for the business unit, including leading the project team and implementing changesManage current and future lead management processes for the business unitMaintain and Improve the quality of the BU contact databaseTrouble shoot system issues within MAP, CRM and Web platformsBe the advocate for lead management processes within the BUDirect analytics for the marketing team; ability to both conduct analyses personally and work with shared services teams, including building dashboardsManage additional Business Unit projects regarding lead management, such as expanding tele qualification teamManage core marketing processes with the Marketing team on behalf of the AD&M Marketing leader, including annual planning cycle, budget updates, Marketing Calendar management, etc.
Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree Required5+ years experience in Marketing Operations or related fieldStrong process orientation and experience with establishing, documenting and defining processesStrong Project Management SkillsSolid understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems. Eloqua and Salesforce.com preferred. Marketo, Pardot or other CRM system also acceptableExcellent Communicator with strong ability to collaborateAptitude and skill to analyze data and draw business insights from the dataExperience with Data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Looker a plusSQL experience is a plusAccount based marketing experience is also a plus.
