We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organizations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Excellent coordination and time management skills.
Good Learning and organizational skills.
Required Candidate profile
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, documents verification and report preparation.
Assisting and coordinating with the different teams.
Organizing meetings and updating calendars.
Assisting and supporting management.
Any drafting, storing and verification of documentation is data management.
The back office executive will be in charge of ensuring documents adhere to legal, organizational, and contractual policies.
