· Monitoring the Recruitment – Sourcing, screening, conducting interviews for all levels of management.· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.· Nurture a positive working environment.· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.· Processing Payroll, Overtime analysis, Attendance and leave management· Employee Engagement Activities· Grievance management – Implement a robust grievance management system where employee grievances are sorted out in the most effective way· Leave Management – Ensure leave management system is in place for concierge team as well as other teams· HR Operations – Onboarding, Background check, Induction, joining formalities, Exit Management, Employee retention· Budget Analysis – Presenting the budget for the next quarter in the meeting and taking approval· Evaluating employees’ attendance every month and processing to Finance department to process the salaries· Review all the policies on a yearly basisJob Responsibilities:· Take care of stationary articles need to be stocked up in office· Co-ordinate with housekeeping for day-to-day activities· Keeping track of leaves and permissions of House keeping· Checking the housekeeping work on day to day basis about the cleaning and updating the same on the Cleaning Report· Interacting with the Employees on a weekly basis· Checking the reviews on the company in google, just dial, glass door, etc.· Preparing the quarterly and yearly reports and presenting in the quarterly and yearly meeting· Ensure pantry and other materials are stocked up by 1st week of every month according to budget· Maintain discipline and decorum in the office· Conducting the Weekly meetings· Updating the points discussed in the Weekly Meeting in the Employee PortalJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:HR: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
