Role purpose

The candidate will be responsible to understand the Customer requirements mentioned in Order and need to perform thorough check/feasibility including end to end capacity check during planning, in addition to Layer 2 transmission planning coordination with various teams like CST/ Engineering / Capacity Management is must . Gather and analyse Customer specific requirements and based on those inputs plan the services on different platform like SDH / PDH / DWDM (Optical) / MSP / ATM / DSLAM Networks and NGN networks as per routing guidelines/deployment rules .
Candidate will be responsible to lead complex customer projects. He/she is expected to have technical expertise on current platforms and processes so that he/she works as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team. The person will be responsible to lead escalations and must demonstrate Colt values at all stages.
Need to be familiar with multiple applications used within Colt like Siebel , XNG , XTRAC , Google earth (.KMZ) etc..
